Paris Hilton To Be Charged With Felony Drug Possession

Socialite Paris Hilton will be charged with possession of a controlled substance, a felony charge for .8 grams of cocaine found in her purse.

Paris Hilton will be charged with felony drug possession after police discovered .8 grams of cocaine in her purse.

The District Attorney reportedly filed her case today.

The police report stated that the officer stopped the Escalade and pulled along the passenger side of the vehicle and smelled “the strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.”

The police officer immediately recognized the passenger as being Paris Hilton. She then tried to roll up her window.

After the traffic stop and the huge crowd of people gathered around, Hilton stated she was “extremely embarrassed” and asked if she could go to the bathroom at the Wynn Hotel.

At the hotel, Paris said she needed lip balm so the cop handed Paris her purse: “As she began to open it, I saw a small bindle of what I believed to be cocaine in a clear baggie begin to fall from the purse and into my hand.”

Police also discovered Zig Zag wrappers used to roll marijuana joints.

Paris claimed the cocaine was the purse was not hers, that it was borrowed from her friend. When the officer asked about the cocaine, Paris answered, “She said she had not seen it, but now thought it was gum.”

Paris has said she is not worried but the heiress could be facing jail time for the latest arrest.
