Justin Bieber has been photographed kissing singer Jasmine Villegas, who is his opening act on his tour as well as the girl featured in his “Baby” video.
The teen sensation has stated he is single after rumors of him dating his childhood sweetheart, Caitlin Beadles, came out this summer.
Earlier this month Justin stated, “I’m single. I’m kind of looking, but I’m kind of trying to stay single.”
But Bieber seems to have an interest in 16-year-old R&B singer Jasmine Villegas.
Bieber was spotted with Villegas in the backseat of a car as they drove through Venice, California earlier this month and there are photographs of the young couple kissing.
The teen stars have previously insisted they are just “really cool friends”.

Paris Hilton was held in Tokyo for questioning today after her court appearance yesterday in Las Vegas. Hilton entered a guilty plea to possessing cocaine and received a year of probation along with community service and a $2000 fine.
The young socialite had flown to Tokyo for business today but was held for questioning for six hours today. She was later moved to a hotel and faces further interrogation tomorrow.
“Paris is at a designated hotel that Japanese immigration officials recommended she go to. The hotel is close to the airport. It’s unclear if Paris will cancel the business trip and come home,” a revealed.
“Paris is beyond upset as she was looking forward to this trip for months. Paris doesn’t want to let down her business partners, nor her fans. Paris loves Japan, and Asia and is hoping this can be sorted out so she can proceed with the meetings, store opening, and meet her fans.
“Paris has the utmost respect for Japan and this mishap has truly devastated her.”
There may be a decision made tomorrow on if the heiress will be allowed to enter Japan tomorrow.
“Paris Hilton was delayed by immigration authorities at a Japanese airport this evening after arriving for business obligations planned many months earlier,” her spokesperson said in a statement.
“Paris was contractually bound to her business trip and didn’t want to let down her brands and many Asian fans. She intended on fulfilling her contract and is trying hard to do the responsible thing, but this is beyond her control.”
Paris, 29, had been planning to debut her new fashion collection in Japan tomorrow. She had also planned to head to Jakarta, Indonesia after Japan to open a shop and then head to Malaysia.
