Smashing Pumpkins singer Billy Corgan has blacked out and collapsed onto his drummer’s kit during a live showin Florida on this Wednesday. Read more on Corgan’s collapse below.
Singer Billy Corgan, 43, was performing their hit song “Bullet with Butterfly Wings” when he lost consciousness.
“That wasn’t a stage move or clumsiness, that was me blacking out and wiping out,” Corgan said on Twitter. Corgan doesn’t remember the fall, “but I can tell you I’ve got quite a good bruise [and] am moving slow.”
Corgan and the Smashing Pumpkins are set to perform in Knoxville, Tennessee tonight.
